The brief
Reformly sells at-home Pilates reformers with a clear mission: help women build a routine that actually sticks. They had the product and the brand, but needed a storefront to match — one that could merchandise a premium fitness product, tell a transformation story, and convert cold traffic into committed customers.
We took on the whole thing: standing up the Shopify store, building a custom theme from the ground up, wiring in the integrations and tracking the business runs on, and shaping a shopping experience tuned for conversion.
What we built
A custom Shopify theme, end to end
Rather than bend a marketplace theme to fit, we developed Reformly's theme custom in Liquid — a fast, mobile-first storefront with merchandising sections built specifically for how they sell: bundled programs, urgency-driven offers, and a best-sellers grid that puts the reformer front and centre.

Product pages that do the selling
The product page is where the decision happens, so we gave it room to work — program breakdowns, included-content badges, social proof, colour variants, and clear pricing, all laid out to answer objections before they're asked.

Tracking, pixels, and the plumbing behind the scenes
A store is only as good as the data behind it. We handled the full Shopify setup and integration layer: Meta Pixel and conversion tracking wired correctly end-to-end, the custom API integrations the brand depends on, and the analytics and app connections that let Reformly measure, retarget, and grow with confidence.
Social proof, built into the experience
The Reformly story is a transformation story — so we made results impossible to miss, weaving before-and-after proof and customer outcomes directly into the journey.

We obsess over every click, scroll, and checkout friction point — so the store doesn't just look the part, it performs.
The outcome
Reformly launched with a storefront that feels as premium as the product, backed by the tracking and integrations needed to scale acquisition. It's a foundation built to grow with the brand — fast, on-brand, and quietly maintained by the same team that shipped it.
